1. Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between pb20a and its users. By using the pb20a website, app, or any services, you agree to comply with all the terms outlined herein. These terms apply to all users in Bangladesh.
You must be at least 18 years old to open an account or use services on pb20a. Minors are not permitted on this platform. Providing false age information is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
2. Account Creation & Security
To register on pb20a, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each person may open only one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and such accounts will be terminated upon discovery.
You are responsible for keeping your login information (username and password) strictly confidential. Report any unauthorized access or security breaches to us immediately. Do not allow others to use your account.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
- Use the platform for personal entertainment only
- Use Valid Payment Methods
- Play Fair and Follow the Rules
- Compliance with Applicable Laws
- Using Services for Fraudulent or Illegal Purposes
- Unauthorized Access to Others’ Accounts
- Use of bots or automated software is prohibited
- Money Laundering or Illegal Transactions
If a user engages in any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activity, pb20a reserves the right to immediately suspend or close the account. In such cases, balances may be confiscated and legal action may be pursued.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on pb20a are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currently accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Users must transact from a mobile banking account registered in their own name.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
- Minimum Deposit: A minimum amount applies to each transaction (see platform for details)
- Withdrawal Process: Processing will be completed within the specified time upon request
- Verification: Identity verification may be required for large withdrawals
- Fraudulent Transactions: Suspicious transactions will be suspended and investigated
Deposited funds will not be added to your balance until successfully verified. For any payment issues, keep your transaction reference number and contact the Help Center.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policies
Liability
Pb20a provides its services "as is." We bear limited liability for damages caused by technical issues, server outages, or failures of third-party services. pb20a is not liable for any losses resulting from user negligence or incorrect information.
Pb20a is not responsible for any financial losses incurred from betting or gaming. Users should always play within their means and limits.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
Pb20a may suspend or close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:
- Violation of Terms
- Fraudulent Activities
- Managing Multiple Accounts
- Suspected Illegal Transactions
- False Information Provided
Users may also request account closure anytime through the Help Center.
6. Intellectual Property & Third Parties
Intellectual Property
The pb20a website, logo, content, design, software, and all materials are protected under pb20a’s intellectual property rights. Users may only use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any reuse, distribution, or modification of content without written permission is prohibited.
Third-Party Connections
Pb20a may utilize third-party payment gateways or services on its platform. These services are subject to their own terms and conditions. For any issues related to third-party services, please contact the respective providers directly.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Pb20a reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use after changes signifies acceptance of the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Bangladesh.
